This role requires individuals to form sectional steel auger flights using specialized equipment as well as assisting with various other manufacturing functions as required. This position is an integral part of business operations. Individuals that excel in this role are not afraid of hard work and are willing to learn to master this skill that is not learned quickly. Training requires patience and perseverance.
This is a day-shift role working 7:00am to 4:30pm comprising a standard 45 hour work-week.

Job Requirements
Starting wage for this role is $24.00 per hour with a review after 3 months. Wage will then be consistently assessed as the job incumbent learns and increases their production output. Heidelberg Metal Inc. provides a comprehensive company paid benefit package upon completion of the probationary period.
